Common questions, answered
What if my impression doesn’t come out right?
No worries — your kit includes extra putty for a second try. We also provide a “good vs. bad” guide so you can recognize whether your impression is clear enough to move forward.
How long do I hold the tray in my mouth?
Hold it firmly in place for 3.5 minutes. Use your thumbs to apply even pressure and avoid moving during the process for the most accurate result.
What if I mix the putty too slowly?
The putty sets fast — blend it for no more than 25 seconds until the color is uniform (no swirls), then immediately roll and load it into the tray within the next 25 seconds. Timing is key!
Can I get help with my impression in real time?
Yes! Book a virtual consultation and one of our Smile Consultants will walk you through the impression process live so you feel fully supported.
What happens after I send in my impression?
Dr. Jessica Delgado, a US board-certified orthodontist, reviews your impression and records and creates a custom treatment plan just for you. Your full aligner set is delivered to your door — no office visit required.
How long does it take to get my aligners?
Once we receive your impression, you’ll get your treatment plan within 7–10 business days. After you approve it, your aligners ship directly to you within about 2 weeks.
How much does treatment cost?
Amoré clear aligner treatment is among the lowest prices on the market for care planned by a US board-certified orthodontist. See full, transparent pricing — including our in-house 0% payment plans — on our pricing page.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We offer in-house 0% financing — no third-party lenders — so you can spread your treatment over manageable monthly payments. Details are on the pricing page.
Is a real orthodontist involved, or is this mail-order?
A real one. Every treatment plan is designed and reviewed by Dr. Jessica Delgado, a US board-certified orthodontist. No algorithm or technician makes your treatment decisions — that’s our core difference from typical mail-order aligners.
Where is Amoré available?
